Jeff Heikke started his aerospace career in 1981 at Tramco Inc., a leading commercial aircraft repair station in Everett, Washington. Throughout Tramco’s rapid growth and acquisition by BFGoodrich Aerospace in 1988, Jeff held leadership positions in material, facilities, marketing, and component shop operations.
In 1990 Jeff was promoted to Director of Materiel and Facilities, overseeing all material and facility functions for multiple locations. By introducing leading edge barcode technology and distribution systems into the stores and material management functions, Jeff helped Tramco keep pace with growth demands and accurately handle thousands of daily transactions.
In 1995 Jeff moved to Director of Operations for the component, repair and overhaul division, overseeing sales growth from $32 million to $45 million in three years. In 1998 Jeff moved to Director of Business Development working with several BFGoodrich European locations to establish new maintenance services.
In October 1999 Jeff accepted a position with Pacific Propeller Inc. as Vice President and General Manager, and in 2006 to President. With strong growth initiatives in Asia Pacific and the Middle East, Jeff opened offices in Thailand, Indonesia, and Dubai, and formed PPI Technical Services in 2010 to manage in-country foreign programs. Currently Jeff is leading the Precision Aerospace Products LLC group with four business units.
Further expansion and strategic growth is planned target new aerospace and defense market segments.
Throughout his career Jeff has greatly benefited working with dynamic entrepreneurs, seasoned executives, and mentors who provided hands on opportunities to lead businesses and encouraged taking risks.
TJ Ogden is a Director for Defense Export & Logistics (DXL), who specializes in International Security & Compliance. Mr. Ogden’s background includes a mixture of security management, law enforcement, regulatory compliance, and business development. TJ has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in International Security and Political Science as well as a Master’s of Science in Management from the University of Denver. He earned his CPP (Certified Protection Professional) from ASIS International and the Certificate of Advanced International Security Studies from the University of Washington.
Mr. Ogden has extensive experience as an “Empowered Official” in export compliance for the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). TJ was not only a member of the Department of Homeland Security’s Critical Manufacturing Security Council, but also was also appointed to “Chairman” of the Northwest Security Council, elected to the council’s national executive board, and featured in a nationwide DHS training video in 2012.
